The asset management and service management company Equity Estate made the ambitious step to move into an office that would reflect the company's core values.
Hollandse Nieuwe has designed a unique office for this real estate-oriented 'boutique' management company with a clear, distinct and timeless interior that has a spatial experience.
The concept for this design originated from Equity Estate's core business; real estate. The international real estate company was challenged with essential issues such as "What are the cultural values of Equity Estate's identity?" The basis of the design process has been formed by these answers with the translation into spatial ideas and experiences.
