DUM is located on the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam. Our home is more than just an office, it’s somewhere to visit, to meet others and to view the DUM collection. Architect’s firm Studio M10 has transformed the 550 m2 factory, built in 1951, into a spacious workplace and showroom. 

The inspirational Hembrugterrein is a verdant oasis just a short distance from Amsterdam. The unique history, industrial architecture and a diverse blend of people ensures that the area buzzes with a stimulating energy. The Hembrugterrein is populated by artists, designers and beer brewers. As you can probably imagine, DUM feels right at home here.
