DELA Vastgoed manages, buys and sells investments in real estate for the Dela cooperative. They are a leading asset manager with a leading position in the retail market.
However, where they focus on high-quality retail property, their own working environment was not representative in addition to their core values and was also characterized by monofunctional use of space and a traditional workplace concept.
Almost simultaneously with the design process of Dela Headquarters, the design process for Dela Vastgoed has started. The connection with the head office can be felt in the new working environment, where the identity of Dela real estate is also expressed at the same time. The clear use of language and materials makes the space legible and experienced as an open, fresh and inspiring office. The transformation has resulted in a sustainable, innovative and attractive activity-based work environment.
