The Dutch private equity fund Mentha has purchased four of the seven floors of the Yourown office building in Amsterdam-Noord.
The acquisition comprises the top four floors of the Yourown office development by Multi Corporation.
Each floor ranges in size from approximately 180 m² to 275 m².
The new interior design for Mentha builds upon the existing concept, complemented by the theme of ‘success through sustainability.
The aesthetic will be more refined and polished than at the previous location, fully aligning with the demands of modern office life.
The office building features seven-meter-high ceilings, and every floor includes outdoor space.
It is a Nearly Zero-Energy Building (BENG) with an A+++ rating, making it one of the most sustainable buildings in the Buiksloterham district.
Thsi project was longlisted on the Archelllo Awards 2026.
